CountyCorp is a nonprofit development corporation that stimulates investment in small businesses and job creation by offering lending programs in Montgomery County and eight surrounding ones — Champaign, Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Preble, Shelby, and Warren.

The Ohio Department of Development manages the Office of Minority Business Financial Incentives, which administers loan and bond programs that promote the growth and establishment of minority and small enterprises in Ohio. OMFI administers the Capital Access Program, Minority Direct Loan Program, The Ohio Mini-Loan Guarantee Program and the Minority Business Bond Program.
